The Map
How you carve your Category of One. Three territories, one order. Everything downstream is built from the Foundation, which is why it comes first and why it gates the rest.
The Foundation
Every word this app will ever write for you is built from what you make here. Six steps, built once. Nothing gets written, and nothing gets fixed, until the Foundation is complete.
Your Mission, your Avatar, your decks (in Razor → Projects), and your brand material all came across. To unlock Ink and The Razor, finish the remaining Foundation steps shown below — usually Brand DNA, The Thread, and the Proof Vault. Your imported material is fed into those builders automatically, so each one is a single generate → edit → save pass, not a from-scratch write. Nothing you built in the old Razor was lost.
Your Voice
Your Foundation decides what your emails say and who they're for. Your Voice Print decides how they sound. Give the app 3 to 10 emails you wrote yourself, and Email Studio (in Ink) writes like you: the way you open, your rhythm, your punctuation, how you land the point and how you sign off. Without a Voice Print, Email Studio writes from your Brand DNA.
1 · YOUR OWN EMAILS
Why it matters: one AI-written sample teaches the next round to sound like AI. The app checks every sample and leaves out the ones that read machine-written, unless you tell it you wrote them.
2 · YOUR EMAIL SETTINGS
Witty middle name: First "a short line tied to this email" Last, e.g. Jayesh "Helping Leaders Balance Growth and Life" Thaker.
3 · TEST IT AND TEACH IT
The app writes one short email. Tell it whether it sounds like you, and fix any line that doesn't. Every fix becomes a rule it follows from now on.
The Razor
Your message, cut to its One Belief, walked live through the Nine Agreements. Built from your Foundation; you never re-explain your business.
The Map · How you carve your Category of One.
One system for turning your message into a presentation that actually sells. It is reverse-engineered from the world's highest-converting funnels, then rebuilt and renamed so every piece belongs to your world, not someone else's. A razor has swappable Blades and one Edge. You bring the Foundation. The Razor draws the right people with the Magnet, picks the Blade that fits your buyer, and sharpens it with the Edge.
THE SHAPE OF IT, TOP TO BOTTOM
THE SIGNATURE · WHAT MAKES YOU MAGNETIC
Every brand people trust has three things. The Magnet finds all three and makes them yours.
THE EDGE · THE SHARPENING DISCIPLINE
THE EIGHT BLADES
Eight ways to structure the sell. The Razor picks the one your avatar needs, and tells you why.
HOW YOU USE IT
Step 1 · Find your One Belief
The single belief that, once adopted, makes buying the only logical conclusion. The Razor reads your Foundation, recommends the presentation structure that fits your reader, and forges four candidate beliefs with a pass/fail test on each.
Step 2 · Build the deck
Nine agreements in order, a metaphor arsenal, every slide orbiting your One Belief, all seven close elements, then scored against the five structural failures before you see it.
Decks in this project
Every deck you build is saved into the project chosen at the top of this page. Open one to view, copy, or export it again. Pages, emails and ads made for the same project are under CONTENTS in the project bar.
AI Settings
Connect your own AI provider. Your key is encrypted at rest on the server and is never sent back to the browser.
Provider & key
Anthropic keys start with sk-ant-, OpenAI keys with sk-. Your key is used only to generate your own content, on your own account.
Appearance
Choose how the app looks on this device.
The Ink
The written word: pages, emails, ads, headlines, teardowns. First unlock: the Headline Lab.
Social Studio
Reels, posts and carousels from the same Foundation and the same Thread. One idea per asset, early belief links only, soft CTAs. Social opens the loop; the funnel closes it.
Templates are saved to this account and reusable for every future carousel. Your copy is drawn over the artwork, so leave the middle of the design clear.
Video Ads
Spoken scripts for paid video, written to be said, not read. Short (60-90 seconds, cold traffic) or Long (3-5 minutes, the full argument). Per-beat timing, on-screen text, platform-correct CTAs, and the ad-compliance gates on: no outcome guarantees, no invented numbers, no quotes that don't exist. Tag a video transcription in the Library and the ad will speak in its exact language.
YouTube Studio
YouTube videos built to be watched to the end, from your Foundation and your own material. The title and thumbnail are written first, and the script pays off every promise they make. You get the script word for word (or a full outline for long videos) with timestamps, pause marks and camera cues, plus the description with chapters, the pinned comment, the end screen and the Shorts to cut. Nothing is invented: where your story, number or example belongs, you get a marked slot to fill in. Every video is checked before you record.
Funny Ads
Short video ads that make the right buyer laugh and want your offer. It sells first and makes it funny second: your reader's real pains and wanted results come from your Foundation, then they get blown up into a scroll-stopping hook, an exaggerated pain, an absurd result, a character or an anti-testimonial. You get the script beat by beat (what we see, what's said, on-screen text), 12 hooks to test, a production sheet you can shoot on your phone, and the ad copy. Funny, never at your reader's expense, and never a fake promise.
Headline Lab
Ten headlines minimum, every one built on a different formula, scored against your market's heat and your reader's door. Your top pick marked and justified.
Sales Page Builder
The flagship. Structure chosen from your diagnosis, every section written to earn its exact link on the Thread, the whole page scored before you see it. Sections arrive labeled so you can lift any block on its own.
Advertorial
The page between a cold ad and your offer. It reads like an article, shifts one belief (they've been fighting the wrong thing), and only then introduces your offer, with a risk-reversed button after every persuasion beat. You get ten headlines, three deks, the full page, three matching Meta ads, and the footer disclaimer. Honest by design: labelled Sponsored, your real byline, proof only from your Proof Vault. It will never write fake comments, fake experts, or fake scarcity.
Email Studio
Emails that sound like you wrote them, aimed by your Foundation. The first line always paints a picture the reader can see, the paragraphs stay short with space between them, and your own punctuation and sign-off are kept. Nothing is invented: no fake stories from your life, no made-up results, no fake deadlines. Give it a real moment from your week and it opens on that.
Library
The app's content memory. Everything it generates lands here as a draft; mark it POSTED when it goes live so nothing ever repeats an angle your audience already saw. Add raw ideas for later, and paste video transcriptions tagged with what they promote, so new content amplifies them in their own language.
Copy Desk
Talk to your copywriter. Tweak what the builders made, punch up a line, ask why a choice was made, or request anything the builders don't cover yet.
The Arena
The sales call. A word-for-word script for your ideal client and your offer, a demo call to watch, a live role-play where your ideal client plays the prospect, and a gym to drill the objections until your answers are automatic. Every tactic is here at full strength; you decide which ones you use.
Your call
Set this once. Every card below uses it, together with your Foundation (your ideal client, mission, offers, Proof Vault and Brand DNA), so every line is written for your business. Nothing is invented: leave the price empty and the script uses [PRICE] slots you fill in.
Call Script Builder
A full word-for-word script, stage by stage: the goal, the time budget, the exact lines, the questions, what to listen for, IF/THEN branches for what they say, the transition and a coach note on each technique. The objections your ideal client is most likely to raise are wired in where they come up. You also get a pre-call checklist and a one-page cheat sheet.
Watch a Call
A realistic demo call between you and your ideal client, written in your call style. Notes in the margin name each technique as it's used, two or three real objections get handled, and it ends the way you pick. Read it before your first live call.
Role-Play
A live call where the app plays your ideal client and you're the seller. They have a hidden profile (their real pain, hidden objections, budget and who decides) that you only see at the end. They answer like a real person: they open up when you do the right thing and close down when you pitch too early or talk too much. Ask for a hint any time. End it to get your scorecard.
Objection Gym
The objections your ideal client is most likely to raise about this offer, each with the exact words to handle it: the full handling sequence, the layers underneath (circumstances, authority, fear, identity) and reframes. Then drill: the prospect throws one objection at a time, you answer, and you get a score and a stronger version.
